Members are required to install a cut-off valve on their side of the meter. Use of the shutoff valve on the meter is for emergency use only. Overuse of the meter's shutoff valve will cause the valve to become inoperable. Member is responsible for replacement cost of the meter's shutoff valve.
Members are responsible for leaks on their side of the meter. We recommend that members turn off the water at their cut-off valve if planning to be away for an extended period of time.
Members are required to have a hose bib vacuum breaker on all faucets.

Our community's water meters are read at the end of each month. Bills are printed and posted/mailed on the last working day of each month. All accounts that are not paid in full by the 20th of each month will have a $5.00 late fee assessment added to the bill. This fee will occur each month until the bill is paid in full.
If a check is returned unpaid by a member's financial institution, a $25 service fee will be charged to the member's account.
